Frightnight at Marco Polo Hotel

Halloween is really up there in our list of favorite holidays! Last Friday was witness to that as we had simultaneous parties in two of our very famous outlets for the party hungry crowd of Dubai , Beyond El Rancho and Kitakits Kafe.

Music lovers flocked to El Rancho last Friday night as Mr Geoffrey Fernando once again amazed us all with his singing prowess and charisma. With a line up of the best R&B songs, Geoffrey took everyone on a wonderful ride down memory lane and grooved to a beat that we actually can relate to.

It was completely SRO at Kitakits for the Glow Party with DJ Jennifer Lee.And even if you were one of the lucky ones to get a table and seats, you still wouldnt really use it as the sexy siren from the Philippines kept every one dancing to her beats. Keeping the energy up with her impressive line up of mixes all through the sets.

Goan Christmas Tex Mex Brunch at El Rancho

HOHOHO!   A very Merry Marco Polo Christmas to you all!

As its the season to be jolly, just like Santa's elves, we too have been busy prepping up for this festive season.

On the 19th of December , that's a Friday,  El Rancho will hold it very first "Goan Christmas Tex-Mex Brunch".  Inspired by the many requests weve received for a Goan Food Festival, what better way to go than to have it for Christmas.  Featuring all those tasty dishes you loved since childhood, Sorpotel, Vindaloo, Balchao and Bebinka, just to name a few. Ahh I can smell it already. It may not be  Mums cooking  but we guarantee you it will be just as good.  Christmas is never the same without these treats.

And Dubai is primed and ready for all the festivities.This year Dubai is targeting a new world record for the worlds' largest fireworks display for New Year's Eve especially when it has so much  reason to celebrate after the big win to host Expo 2020. Match this with all the amazing and beautiful festive decorations as only this great emirate can conjure,  Dubai is literally twinkling with all the lights .

 Here at the Marco Polo hotel, we have been busy preparing too. With our sparkly silver tree up, and all trimmings in place.
