Fresh start, New beginnings , New initiatives at Marco Polo Hotel Dubai

  Marco Polo Hotel recently became the newest addition to India based Peninsula Hospitality Groups ever growing portfolio of specialty hotels , clubs and restaurants in both India and Dubai. A privately owned company, the Peninsula Hospitality Group , CEO-Mr Karunakar  Shetty and Managing Director -Mr Rahul Shetty expressed great plans for the property and will not shy away from investing in future upgrades to keep the hotel relevant with the times. 

New leadership   

At the helm of the new management for Marco Polo Hotel Dubai is our new Group General Manager -Mr Rajesh K. Madan. With over 30 years of experience across the globe from Pan Asia to America and coming full circle back to Dubai, Mr Madan brings a wealth of expertise and energy to his new role as Group GM for Peninsula Hospitality Group.

New Initiatives

Mr Rajesh was introduced to the dedicated team of Marco Polo Hotel during the first  "Town Hall " meeting, one of many new initiatives he will be introducing soon. This activity will be done monthly to connect with colleagues and update and inform all team members with the current events in the organization as well as new trends in the industry and how each and everyone can participate to the growth and improvement of the organization. Staff involvement is crucial in this industry and involved and invested team members are best ambassadors for the company.
