We are very honored to announce that Marco Polo Hotel has once again received the Tripadvisor 
        Certificate of Excellence Award for 2014
Given to properties that  demonstrate hospitality excellence by consistently receiving outstanding traveller reviews on  Tripadvisor, we are ecstatic with the recognition and celebrated with a luncheon party hosted by our Managing Director , Mr Ashish Nurani and our Vice President , Mr Sunil Marya. Its nice to have your cake and eat it too.

The sweet taste of success made sweeter as this award is based on the feedback guests have shared on the Tripadvisor site.  We celebrate and value this award as it comes from the guests themselves. Their experience, their voice.  As we often say  and mean every word of it , your feedback is important to us as it helps us gauge our performance as well as find new and better ways to serve. Having this recognition is validation of all the hard work and dedication put in to ensure that service standards are maintained and guests expectations surpassed.
